Sunday morning with Lauren E Cannady Beeler and Geeta Singh sponsors the non-profit One More Moment. Located inside The Atrium of Corner Copia Gardens, this event will be surrounded by beautiful plants in a greenhouse setting.

Doors open at 10:45am for checkin and mat setup. We will begin with a breathwork session led by Geeta Singh, to help center you into this amazing event space. Grounding the mind and body, we will then transition into mat Pilates class. The Pilates class will be perfect for a Sunday morning, a calming yet energizing routine. The exercises will increase your core strength, improve your breathwork, elongate and stretch tight muscles, and strengthen and tone where we want it most. You will leave the mat with more mental clarity and confidence. It is open to all experience levels.

All participants will receive a hand poured candle made by the One More Moment foundation. Post-workout, little bites will be served. Drinks will be for sale at The Atrium's bar. Each guest is invited to participate in the prize and 50/50 raffle held on site.

Corner Copia Gardens opens at 12pm and will be available for sales and self guided tours. It is a gorgeous property that you will love exploring. Come sweat for a cause and meet some amazing people!

To be noted: The Atrium is an indoor/outdoor space so please wear layers so that you may adjust if you feel warm or chilly!
